Getting ready to ship

PetPacket is in pre-release polish — locking down accessibility, first-run clarity, and packet output before App Store submission.

Accessibility

• a11y Brought every toolbar, link, and pill to a 44pt minimum tap target across onboarding, records, pets, paywall, and settings.
• a11y Labeled date pickers and toggles in the vaccine, medication, and reminder editors so VoiceOver reads them correctly.
• a11y Labeled notes editors across every record screen.

Records & dashboard

• fix Records hub now flags empty required categories as Needs attention instead of silently letting you ship an incomplete packet.
• new Rewrote the first-run records tone — a 5-point structural pass that leads with what to add, not what’s missing.
• new Home CTA is now completion-aware: leads with records when your pet isn’t ready, not an empty packet.

Packets

• fix Packet preview pet-details rows no longer overlap the Share-PDF bar on smaller devices.

Paywall, onboarding, and the records foundation

Monetization

• new Wired StoreKit 2 paywall with the Premium Monthly ($4.99) and Yearly ($29.99) tiers.
• fix Pinned the paywall footer so the CTA never clips off-screen on smaller devices.
• polish Defaulted to the clean paywall variant with conversion-focused copy.

Pets & onboarding

• new Pushed-page editors and a first-run three-step empty state on the pet setup screen.
• refactor Made the first-run empty state packet-first and less splashy.
• fix Pet setup screen now scrolls instead of stretching or clipping.

Records

• new Refined the feeding-plan entry flow.

The foundation

Built the core: pet profiles, the records hub (vaccines, medications, feeding, contacts, documents), the packet builder with PDF export, iCloud sync, reminders, and the three packet types — boarding, sitter, and emergency.
