What we store, and where

Here is the honest map of where each kind of data lives.

Generated packets (PDF)Created on device; shared only when you send themWhoever you send them to

What we cannot see

Because records live on your device and sync through your private iCloud, we do not have a copy of your pet records on our servers. We cannot read your documents, contacts, or notes. When you share a packet, only the people you send it to can see it.

What you control

  • iCloud sync: turn it on or off any time.
  • Sharing: invite or remove caregivers; stop sharing cleanly.
  • Deletion: delete individual records, all app data, or your account from Settings.

For the formal version, see the Privacy Policy.
