By downloading or using PetPacket, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Using PetPacket
PetPacket is provided for personal use to organize your pet’s information and generate care packets. You agree to use it lawfully and not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service.
Your content
The pet information you enter is yours. You are responsible for its accuracy and for keeping it current. Because PetPacket is local-first, you are also responsible for your own backups via iCloud or device backup.
Not veterinary advice
PetPacket helps you organize and share information. It is not a substitute for professional veterinary care, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified veterinarian for medical decisions about your pet.
Disclaimers
PetPacket is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data sync will always succeed, though we work to make it reliable.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PetPacket and its makers are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including lost data. Keep backups of important records.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
